土茯苓龟板牛大力煲猪骨汤

材料:

乾土茯苓一两,龟板一块,牛大力一两,大生地一块,赤小豆扁豆各一两,蜜枣四粒,猪骨一斤,陈皮一片。

做法:

(1) 土茯苓龟板用水洗淨备用,猪骨飞水,

(2) 大生地用水冲一冲, 陈皮浸软刮囊,

(3) 其馀材料用水洗淨

(4) 煲内放适量的水,勐火煲至水沸,将全部材料放下,改用中火煲

三至四小时,加入适量食盐调味,即可食用。

疗效:

此汤能清热去湿解毒,而龟板及猪骨含有骨胶原,有传龟板有防癌功用。
